Upon order or subscription renewal:

Processing Window: 1-3 business days to pick up, pack, and hand off to a carrier.

3. Fulfillment Sources
Depending on your location and product avaialbility, orders may ship from:

PRML's Co-Manufacturer Facilities: Direct drop-ship to your address

PRML 3PL Warehouse (Sydney): For consolidated orders and bulk shipments

All shipments include temperature-controlled packaging when required.
4. Tracking & Notifications

Tracking Number: Provided via email once your order ships.

Delivery Updates: Real-time status for all standard and express shipments.

Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed or lost, contact edgehill.ascnd@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery.
5. International Duties & Customs
For orders shipped outside Australia/New Zealand:

Customs Fees & Taxes: May be levied by your country and are your responsibility.

Clearance Delays: PRML is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
6. Multiple-Pet Bulk Orders

Subscription Orders (Multi-Pet): Each pet's suite ships in a single consolidated box when possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Reporting Window: Notify us at edgehill.ascnd@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt.

Resolution: We will arrange a replacement shipment or refund for damaged incorrect items at no additional cost.

- Exchanges: For incorrect or defective products, PRML covers return shipping and expedited replacement.
