Products: All consumables offered by PRML (raw food, treats, toppers, supplements, electrolytes).

Subscription Plan: Recurring delivery agreements (Access, Elite, World).

Experiences: Optional paid services (retreats, private-jet meal kits).
2. Eligibility
To use our site and purchase products, you must meet these basic requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when registering or ordering any subscription tier.
3. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase under these Terms. PRML may accept or decline your order at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing or typographical errors.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices and billing procedures are detailed here.

PRML products and subscriptions are billed in USD unless otherwise noted. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due.

One-Time purchases: Charged at checkout.

Subscription Plans: Billed automatically per plan terms.

Taxes & Fees: Applicable taxes and shipping fees may apply.
5. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically; cancellation and modification options depend on your tier.
PRML Access & Elite
Cancel anytime before your next renewal to stop future charges. You will be billed on the same day each month until cancellation.

No minimum term.

Manage, pause, or upgrade via your account dashboard at any time.

PRML World
Requires a 12-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Auto-renewal continues monthly after the first 12 months.

Changes (upgrade, pause) must be requested at least 30 days before renewal.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We strive for timely fulfillment and clear tracking.

Products ship within 3-7 business days of order or renewal. Depending on volume and location, orders may ship directly from our manufacturer or via a third-party logistics partner.

Processing Time: 3-7 business days.

Risk or loss: Transfers to you once carrier pickup occurs.

Shipping Errors: Report within 5 days of delivery for resolution.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Satisfaction Policy ensures you can return or exchange if you're not fully satisfied.

Core Products: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened Products: Up to 50% refund on opened items returned within 14 days if your pet refuses or you document an adverse reaction.

Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds for unused days after cancellation (Access & Elite). No refunds during PRML World's initial 12-month term.

8. Experiences
Special services like retreats and private-jet meal kits are governed by separate booking terms.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content and branding are protected.

PRML owns or licenses all text, graphics, logos, and software. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without our express written permission.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PRML products support pet wellness but are not veterinary care substitutes.

No Medical Advice: Consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnoses or treatment.

"As Is": Products are provided without warranties beyond those required by law.

Liability Cap: PRML's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PRML against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in Sydney Courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of our site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
